Permit Ready Plans
We work with various cities and counties to create permit ready designs which offer property owners a selection of pre-approved building plans that can be downloaded from each jurisdiction we serve. These permit ready designs help expedite the permit process and reduces preconstruction fees. These designs can be customized upon request.
All permit ready designs are approved for wood frame construction.
Steel frame home kits made specifically for each collection are available through Frame Up Now and require additional agency approval.
